    1996 Saab 900 Turbo, Rotella synth 5w40, 2000 mi

    This was auto RX rinse oil. The engine has about 165k on it. The .5 make up oil was actually 5w30, the only reason for topping off was because the oil filter had been off and on for other access purposes. I have no idea about the silicon, I have a Mann air filter that is less than a year old.
