One can get old look oil filters that are brand new (they're insanely expensive), but I wouldn't assume that is the case here. In this case, I'd assume that is a really old oil filter that needs to come off of the engine ASAP...

Well, the truck is roughly 6 years old, and has 18000 miles on it. If you know you changed it last October... once a year should be sufficient.

It might not be exactly the answer that you're looking for, but I can get a standard loaf of Amish made white bread or whole wheat bread for $3.60. Oatmeal bread is $4.60. This is bread that was made in a home kitchen of an Amish family.
