I did not see the Quaker State 5w-40 on the Walmart website when I was looking for alternatives. I got this 5 gallon pail Ultra1 for free. Thanks for all the options.

I have been using Rotella 5w-40 Or Mobil1 5w-40 but these are just no available here on Cape Cod right now ( Walmart, NAPA or on line etc). The owners manual calls for SH/CD/CF or SJ/CD/CF or ACEA A3/B3. I have an OCI of 3500 miles.

Ok, using it in my 2002 and 2001 Saab 95 Aero's.

There website lists and on bottle API CK-4 , just not the typical circular and on 5 gallon pail.

NAPA sell battery fill jugs that are designed to fill to correct point.

Local Walmart has zero inventory of Rotella 5W-40 for at least the past 90 days. I found online 5w-40 full synthetic alternative oils though.

I have used Mobil 1 15w-50 oil in my boat after breaking the engine on 25W-40 Mercruiser oil. The engine is a Mercruiser 5.7l Horizon engine that is freshwater cooled and I have owned it since new. Satisfied to say the least with the engine and the oil.
