Now that it’s dexos gen 3 approved I’m intrigued. My Acadia gets 5k changes so I know it doesn’t matter really. Currently using M1. What’s the current consensus on PUP? Good stuff?

Warranty aside, thoughts on VW 504 in place of dexos? Turbo direct injection four cylinder. Hypothetically, of course. Oil would be M1 5w30 ESP.

Just picked up a new vehicle. Pf66 is stock. Not knowing much about gm filters, is the stocker ok or is there a better one out there? Oil changes will be based more on time than miles, as I usually get to 6 months before I put 5k on the oil. Appreciate your insights.

Just got a new gli. Requires 508/509 0w20. Vw genuine is Mobil I think. That and the Mobil x2 are similar in price. Valvoline equivalent is about 10-15 cheaper for a six quart box. 5k oci. Think the Mobil is worth the extra coin?
