I've got Pennzoil Platinum in it now. We'll see how that looks at the next UOA. If it holds up well then I'll keep using the PP.

2WD do not have the same front end setup as the 4WD models. Not sure how many you have with 2WD. I would assume you have a few less.

Same on my '06. 11 zerks to grease. The only real hard one is the one right below the AC compressor. The 90 degree fitting makes it much easier.

If you bought the car new and you've had the dealer can't fix the issue. Lemon law.....new car. If they can't fix it in 3 tries let them take back the POS and give you a new one.

Thanks everyone! I think I'm set on what I'll use now. Taurus: Motocraft 5w20 Chevy: Pennzoil 5w30 Dino I'll send in a sample around 3,000 to see how things are going then extend to 5,000 if everything looks good. What would everyone recommend for filters?

I've heard it's best to store the car on a paved surface. For just the reason you mentioned...the moisture.
