I have been the most pleased with M1 0W-20 EP - least amount of oil consumption and runs very well on 7500 mile OCIs in my 2014. I drive about 18k miles a year.

Absolutely no issues with 0W-20 in either Mazda. Runs perfectly, good wear numbers, and I actually get better fuel economy than when I tried 5w30.

I have the Toro mow and stow version with the Briggs engine on it, manual recommends SAE 30. I have found it runs very smoothly and nicely on Rotella T6 5W-40. Tons of zinc and cheaper than the Briggs lawnmower oil. The mower warranty is only 2 years long and I'm past it.

Something I've noticed is all the Walmarts near me have bare shelves now of EP products, especially 0W-20. I really hope they don't discontinue M1 EP

Neither are bad, but Rotella for the zinc and thermal protection.

I run the Rotella T6 for the zinc content in my snowblower. It's quieter running and starts right up with it.

I like the more robust Mobil 1 0W-20 EP which costs more but often there is a $12 mail in rebate on the Mobil 1 website. Alternatively their AFE product is good too if you plan to do 5k drains. I have had the least burn-off with the Mobil 1 versus any other oil in my Mazda Skyactiv 2.5

I run 89 E-10 or 87 if Ethanol Free. The risk of octane loss in E-10 is high because the ethanol acts as an octane additive to the fuel and easily evaporates or gets water saturated. No issues so far.
