The B12 soak completely stopped the oil burning on my sons 2005 Ford Escape with 200K miles. Soaked it over a 2 or 3 day period then did an oil change immediately, and another after about 10 miles.

If the vehicle is mainly short tripped, I would use a dino oil and change every 2 or 3K miles to get the water out. Synthetic is a waste.

A few weeks ago I sucked out the ATF pan through the dipstick tube and refilled with the above fluid. Almost instantly it started shifting weird, delayed shift like excess slipping. Going from P or N to drive is also delayed then it clunks into gear. Fluid level is right where it should be...

It looks like it seals to the housing lid, not the clean side of the housing. Have you tried putting it into the lid and checking that fit?

The ones I see now have a strap around the vertical post from the press table so if you pull one pin to adjust it cannot drop out and fall. My 12 ton doesn't have that, and I don't think the older 20 tons did either.

On really stubborn things I already see it flexing with a 12 ton jack. Don't want to wreck it, and now I have a vacation house so I can have one at each house.

Has anyone ever seen these 20 ton presses go on sale? I have a 12 ton but am looking to upgrade. Been watching them for a while and other than a 10% off coupon, I never see them on sale.

Reminds me of the old Marvel Mystery upper cylinder oiler I used to see under some hoods. The cleaner is thinner, I wonder if one of those would work?

If the Dorman one continues to be made in the USA, I would stick with that over all the cheaper Chinese junk. I think when I do mine, I will remove the Dorman sensors and replace them with OEM, I hear the Dorman sensors are not very long lasting.
