I just got a new 2011 Ford Ranger (US model) Super Cab 2wd 5-speed manual with the 2.3L gasoline engine. I can't find where in the owner's manual after much searching, beyond the regular intervals, when to change the break in oil. Anyone know? Seems like a good truck other than it is too high...
