My understanding of the diesel oil ratings pertains to the amount of ash residue build up in the DPF when the oil is burned.
Every diesel burns oil.
Currently using Mobile 1 euro blend 5-40 in my EcoDiesel JGC. Zero ash in my DPF that's on my shelf, beside my EGR cooler...
