Since it getting to be summer and hauling a camper I thought a little heavier oil would work better and not thin out as much

I have a 2022 Dodge power wagon with a 6.4 hemi would it be safe to run 5W 40 oil in it because I haul a heavy camper and 0 to 40 seems to Brake down they all I have been using is the ultra platinum 0 -40 I would like to change it to the altar platinum 5w-40 Thank you
