    If you have an NV4500, use GL4 only. The synchros are carbon fiber lined and are picky about oil. They called for Castrol Syntorq LT when new, but it is no longer available as of the mid 2000’s. A similar blend can be had from GM/AC Delco (PN 12346190). Here’s some more reading material...
