Honestly, I’m not certain. The gauges are kinda worthless on both cars. The oil change capacity is 9L for the GT3 and 10L for the F430. Right, but they seem similar nonetheless, so you would think they would perform similarly in that application. Also, my GT3 is a 2010…so very different...

Thank you! It’s pretty simple. In general, heavier weight oils withstand temperature, sheer, and loads better than lighter oils. There is a range of kinematic velocity for each grade of oil…not one specific number. So some oils can be on the heavier side of a grade and some on the lighter...

From what I understand Pennzoil Platinum Euro is identical to Quaker State Euro, which would be fine. But they are both on the lighter side of a 40 weight oil, and there are also reports of “foaming”…but that is from fchat so take that with a grain of salt.
