    I've never heard that before. I know they did a revision but the new revised version still have issues to my understanding

    I would assume that's part of the oil additive but I don't know? That's why I posted here. Find out what's going on

    Yeah 0w40 apparently this is common on these trucks especially with high idle which being a fleet truck it was. I'm hopeful that those numbers aren't anything to be concerned about. Fingers crossed. Where I got the samples of CAt dealer so they didn't really have much to cross reference on.

    Yeah I know the oil's been changed at least one time since then. So I don't know if this is from that or something else.

    So I just picked up a 2021 Ram 3500 with the 6.4L HEMI. It was a fleet truck with dealer maintenance shown on the Carfax. It’s got about 104,500 miles on it now, and the lifters and cam were replaced at 96,000. I know exactly when the last oil change was done it’s been 2,600 miles so this oil...
