    Did a simple 500h service on a EC220E and a 1000h rotortilt oil change, also have a new work van. 2025 Sprinter high roof. Auto and all of the bling bling. Bossman said it was around 100k dollars in the spec we get. Have only driven 2000km but it’s nice.

    2006 Audi A4, if it isn’t breaking once a month it is the MOT who sees something that has to be fixed or it ain’t road legal anymore.

    boomers to me is more or less anyone born before like 1980. That or they have the same mentality as someone born in 1920.

    Everyone has used synthetics without issues, its just misinformed boomers that think its the worst thing ever made.

    I will never listen to anyone saying synthetic oils will cause any kind of trouble in a older engine. Its literally just oil. If a engine cant handle better oil than it was designed for it was a terrible design. I will pour synthetic in everything i own and if it cant take it, its a bad design.

    Doing a much overdue valve cover gasket after I found the new gasket at home. Doesnt look that bad in the engine, some varnish but that’s all engines in Europe with these long OCI.

    My dad was born in 1981 and calls me whenever he needs oil. I just say to get Castrol 0W-30 and he is on his merry way. He couldn’t care less about cars or anything to do with them. He had other things to care about.

    Oil here in Europe is also up to 100 bucks for just 5L. If it was 20 bucks like in the states we’d change it more often.
