Appears my cooling fan recently stop working except when AC turned ON, so at least both fan motors seem to be in working order. I found two thermal sensors attached to the engine, first - single wire and second - two wire design. Please advice steps to troubleshoot.

I just bought jag ‘Toyota Long Life Antifreeze Coolant Red’ exactly as picture below from local parts store. The store receipt says 50/50 coolant water mix, but I don’t see any ‘mix’ words on the jag. Wonder if I got ready to use diluted coolant as stated on receipt or no? Toyota Long Life...
