time for an inverter central air system! i actually used to sleep at 70° but still in the 60% humidity. raised it to 73° and it feels the same if not a little better.

1000’ of 3/4” is your issue. likely should be 1 1/4” to account for pressure drop. have the municipality verify their meter and a booster pump sounds like the only real option.

definitely not my preference for equipment but you are much more efficient and comfortable than someone with even a two stage system. inverter systems are hard to beat if installed right.

what material is your home plumbing and then the drop from the meter to the house? have you called the municipality to come verify flow through their meter? could have junk caught in it. water pressure booster should be the absolute last resort.
