    Fuel dilution - how harmful, how much wear?

    In 3-4k miles my 3.5 ecoboost oil smells like fuel every time and seems thin, its also been consistently 115 degrees outside. I just did a oil change with t6 5w40, I'll see how this goes.

    Oil handling procedures - Do you practice them?

    I just spray the funnel out with a hose and wipe it clean with a paper towel.

    Is their a third party/ aftermarket additive than can make passenger vehicle oil work in diesel engines?

    Just throw some rotella t6 in and call it a day.
