    2002 Ford Explorer (V6 Engine) - former Police Inceptor - so it probably got proper service till they sold it. I got it with 150000ish miles, and did only one oil/filter change back than. Since more than 100000 miles, I just top of the oil from time to time - no filter change. Cheapest dino oil...

    You not gonna toast any engine with ether oil - your engine just doesn't give a f... if you run a 0w20 or a 5w30 - the difference is minimal. Tat's why the manual says you can use em both.
