    Oil is Oil

To be honest - I have no idea. I don't really care about filter brands. But since everything is still working fine, I assume it's a good brand (and yeah, I know how heretic that sounds).

    Oil is Oil

Well ... it depends. If you have a high performance car and drive like a rabbit on drugs, high revving and putting the pedal to the metal all the time, is a whole different situation, than driving like your own grandpa on a brad & buttern engine that barely sees 2500 rpm ever. To prove my...

VINTAGE WATER INJECTION - NEED INFO

    1. Novelty factor and fun with technical gadgets. 2. As the original ad states - keep the engine clean of carbon, saving some gas by advancing the dizzy etc. 3. put some solvable lube in there to double as a top oiler. To answer your question - yes it's a pretty hopped up 261 with raised...

VINTAGE WATER INJECTION - NEED INFO

Just got this vintage Vanderpoel/EXOLA water injection. I plan to use it on my 41 Chevy. Now I'm looking for a manual or instructions. Any additional information would be very appreciated. Also IMHO it looks very similar to a Octa-Gane Injection - are those somehow related? Thanks guys, Frank

18.000 miles no oil change in a '96 Renault and I opened the valve cover

Motor Oil Geek..Oil & Fuel Additives

He is selling his own oil, so always take it with a grain of salt, nevertheless the results are solid, and pretty much what I expected. On the other hand, glad he testet OilExtreme - love to see that the calcium and sodium levels are great (and pretty much nothing else in it). That may be bad...
