I've ordered it twice from Walmart.com and bought in person (always in stock) at TSC. I have yet to have any issues with getting it.

Thankfully the nice part about Walmart is that I will just return them if they don't want to approve mine. Might as well call.

I do this in FWD cars as well for winter. Ive always felt it gave the cars a little more stable feeling.
