I have a 96 S10 4.3 with 221,000 miles. I've ran mb1 5-30 since I got her at 86,000 miles, and few months ago switched over to Castrol 0-30. I've read on numerous LS1 boards how great this oil is. I'm at 5,000 miles now on my 2nd service interval with this oil and the oil looks like my mb1 5-30...
