I performed a ARX clean and rinse phase on my vehicle about 15K miles ago. I have not been using the ARX MD. Do I need to perform another clean and rinse or is it OK to start using an MD now?

As can be seen by my signature I am in the midst of an A-Rx cleaning phase. I have a trip planned this weekend. When I return I will be around 100-150 miles over the prescribed 1500 miles. I will drain the oil and begin the rinse phase at that time. Is this an issue?

There have been a lot of threads regarding these two products recently. Does either one stand out as a better option? I currently use LUCL with every fill up but I have no commitment.

Another member posted a thread under VOA on Schaeffers Supreme 7000 5w-30. Apparently, the results were less than impressive. What's the story? Is the add pack as weak as the VOA apparently suggests. I just purchased a case of 10w-30. I hope this is just an error.

Pardon me for being ignorant but how exactly does an OLM actually work? Is it simply calculating miles since the last oil change or is it actually analyzing the condition of the oil? If it is analyzing the oil what and how is it measuring?
