Is this oil really capable of a 7500 oci? is it worth it for 2.50 a quart?

I found another rebate for 2.50 a piece for mobil 7500. That gives me an oci of 7500 miles right? and it has great additives? also they have a wix filter for 6.29. That should be a great kit? Or should I go with the 2.79 valvoline 5 quarts with a free stp filter?

With castrol Gtx and an STP filter how long can I go without having to change oil again? Is that a good combo? And what are the arguments for when you should change oil(Age vs. milege). Thanks a lot guys.
