Cleaning out a home. (I don't want to own "stuff" anymore)

Always amazes me how so few can use garage for cars because of junk. I swore I never will keep my cars out because of stuff, that helps keep me leaner but as we know it is always a work in progress.

Cleaning out a home. (I don't want to own "stuff" anymore)

Maybe in past generations more "stuff" was seen as valuable and passed down. My observations now is no one wants my stuff so in consideration of my kids when we downsize I must get rid of most/all of it so they do not have the problem of disposal.

    Inkjet Print Head Cleaner

Inkjet DPI is misleading as it yes can spray a fine dot of liquid ink but once it hits paper, starts wicking and spreading. Lazer can put a fine toner(plastic powder) dot down and it just melts into the paper and does not spread much at all. Get a used one and running costs are a fraction of...

    Oshkosh 2026 Mega Thread

Never have been but missed a chance way back in the early 80's when a group of like minded pilots I was with had a chance to all fly to Oshkosh in a DC-3 and camp under the wings. Ahh the memories that would have made.

    R134a with leak stop

Or walk on the wild side and try Redtek from Canadian Tire or Duracool from Walmart. I have used both with excellent results in my old 1997 Tercel and I found they leaked out of the sytem at a much slower rate than R134.

    Aftermarket radiator minefield

Assuming they have a clue how to factor in costs of returns they must feel it is cheaper to absorb return costs than train/pay for competent packaging staff and higher costs for proper packaging. I think they really do not have a clue.

Why not use a washable A/C filter rather than throw away paper ones?

Home Depot HDX or equivalent Merv 8 is best I find and backed by many HVAC techs. I have a 16x25x4/38 and change 2x/yr.

What is with the lack of 100% synthetic oil filters? Was Fram the only one making them?

It is all I use and even in my 24 year old Tercel with 180,000 miles I never had an oil filtration issue/ wear that I could blame on the filter. Same with 15 year old Celica/Camry and 11 so far year old Corolla,They just do the job. Oil quality is far more important and I change by 6K miles/10K...
