Proper engine speed zero turn motor

I would think this applies to a dual-blade Zero Turn as well. If you have a 42" mower with 2 21" blades, 3,274 RPM would be your speed. Blade tip speed (in Feet Per Minute) is calculated by multiplying the engine RPM by π (approximately 3.1415) and the blade length (in inches), then dividing by...

Added tiny amount of wrong ATF fluid during drain and fill on 2019 Mazda 3

If you've only put in a couple-three ounces, I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's gonna get diluted by 7-8 quarts+ anyway.

Need help identifying noise, Mazda 2.0L

You could just remove that belt, and that would tell you right there if the noise was internal to the engine. I'm still betting on the A/C compressor. Even then, it's not that bad of a fix, if the rest of the car is roadworthy.

Authentic military MRE’s: expiration date and favorites.

Add a bit of salt to that heater water, and your food will be even hotter. Some of these types of MRE’s actually were pretty good. The raviolis were the old Franco-American “Raviolio’s”.

    Exit Interview: 2024 Mazda CX-90

I've had very good luck so far with my CX-5 Turbo Signature. Aside from the tech being "yesterday", it has been a very smooth-running vehicle with excellent power, with no issues so far. Yes, like any car, there are some things I would change about it, but nothing that turned me away from it.

Advice for removing an anode needed

I used a Cordless impact on mine. Took it out without incident. Mine also didn’t have enough room (height-wise) to remove it, but since my water heater is in a garage closet, I just popped a 2 inch hole in the closet ceiling (into the attic) and raised the rod out that way. Replaced it in the...

    Tecumseh 5hp - No Spark

A bit confused here. You say it has no spark, but also that it has a rusty carb and won’t take throttle. Sounds to me like it’s the carb/ fuel tank with the issue, not a no spark condition

These filters can be cranked down!

You could say the same about a lathe cut as well.... I just dont see the need to crank them down that tight like the OP's pdf suggests.

These filters can be cranked down!

My question is "why"? I've had filters with molded gaskets and have never felt the need to whale them down any tighter than a lathe-cut gasketed filter.
