Anything that comes with Apple CarPlay and some sort of collision sensors from factory is very modern to me. Even parking lot sensor system is high tech.

I haven’t. I prefer lower tech vehicles but collision sensors and Apple CarPlay are safety features to me. I rank them as important or close to ABS and airbags. Things like heat and cool seats or multi-zone climate control are nuisance.
