Hi, Folks! I'm trying to get some info on HT4213 charging systems. Our neighbor's tractor isn't charging, battery ran down. I checked the system voltage with the engine at operating speed and only got battery voltage. I would think it should be 1-2 volts higher than that. Any suggestions? Thanks!
