Some food for thought...... Total Return: Yield Only: If your objective is high monthly income with reasonable long-term growth, I'd lean toward something like: 30% QQQI – higher income with Nasdaq exposure 30% GPIQ – captures more upside than QQQI 20% SPYI – S&P 500 diversification...

GM LM2 oil cavitation with heavier weight oil?

GM is calculating .... "Will 20 wt oil get it thru the warranty period? Will the GM Service Dept reap record profits on out of warranty 3.0 repairs? Will customers of faied engines line up to buy a repalcement truck for the one that failed?" This is where the bean counters direct their efforts.

GM LM2 oil cavitation with heavier weight oil?

I think the 6.2 oil pump only has a "Hi " or "Low" position, where as the 3.0 is fully proportional. On my LZ0, 20 wt. 30wt. and 40 wt all have 20 psi at idle, hot. On my 6.2l 2SS Camaro, 40 wt raised the oil pressure, straight across the board.

GM LM2 oil cavitation with heavier weight oil?

It's exactly the same as 20wt or 30wt. The ECU commands the oil pump of the desired pressure, and thats what the oil pump delivers.

GM LM2 oil cavitation with heavier weight oil?

Folk's say GM uses 20 wt oil to help with fuel economy. HA! This is my 2024 LZ0 3.0 on a run along the 5 freeway this morning, in San Diego hugging the beach. No wind. No hills. No coasting. No A/C. 600 mile range per tank is pretty typical. Cold ( aka Thick) ATf also has zero MPG...

GM LM2 oil cavitation with heavier weight oil?

Straight "40" wt oil is thicker than straight "30" weight..... but not enough difference to ever cause a issue. BUT..... When their is a "0w" or "5W" in front of the weight...... any oil will flow, down to -30 degree's.....

Life Expectancy - Saving and Planning

Again, this is a "Mile Stone" accomplishment to give a person a sense of "I can do this!" You have ANY idea on how many people live paycheck to paycheck? A $1k cushion just might save the day for someone .

Life Expectancy - Saving and Planning

The idea of paying off small debts first, is to prove it can be done and excite you to move on to the bigger debts. If you start with the bigger ones first, then after a few months their still showing a balance, you might get disillusioned and just say "F-it" to the whole concept. Dave has...
