Yes, it does look like a change away from GTL. Given the situation with the Pearl plant in Qatar, about half of the world's GTL base oil production is offline, and has been since mid March. I expect there will be more changes like this, and those oils than retain a high percentage of GTL base...

I am a fan of Havoline full synthetic oil. I think it is an under recognized premium oil at a good price. However, if a company does a test, like a Las Vegas taxi test, and it doesn't end well, we never will see that result. Which is why oil tests can resemble drug trials, we only see the good...
