No name station selling top tier gas?

Who says it is "false advertising"? Did the OP even go inside to ask? He stated it just changed hands and maybe people need to have patience instead of bickering over nothing.

A rogue tire smashes a Rogue

My old ems partner worked a crash similar but the tire went sideways through the windshield and killed this poor lady going to work. The tire actually bounced through the grass median from the opposite lane, sad. Glad this person was luckier.

Fluid extract a transmission instead of dropping the pan

If it has a replaceable filter, i drop the pan once and then just siphon and drain after that. Really no need to replace the filter multiple times after the first if no issues exist.

    2005 Silverado using some oil

Dont be surprised if it may get worse in the 1st one or two oci's then get better and/or stop, it did with me and many others. Valvoline Restore and Protect oil isn't expensive and the cost of makeup oil offsets the price. Keep at it

    Rust proofing choices

I use woolwax in black and it lasts for years. You just have to touch it up in wash areas. Do not use rubberized undercoating, it will rust out underneath it.
