My Tahoe is at 50,000 miles and its time for ATF change. Was thinking of putting higher capacity aluminum pan on at same time. What synth fluid? Should I update to a Dex 6? I know the truck has a 4L60E trans. Do I have a "deep" pan on it? Any pointers on a new pan? Thanks!

I am thinking of putting these on my 2003 Z71 Tahoe. Stock size on stock wheels. Any thoughts? The P version has the same load rating as the stock GY ATS. The tread looks aggressive and they seem to get good ratings. Discount Tire has them at a good price. Thanks

I've owned my Prelude VTEC since 1996 and have tried lots of diff. oils and filters. It has definitely been smoothest and run the best on Maxlife 5-30 and Schaeffers 9000 5-30. These engines do use some oil. Agree with keeping topped up. Also, GC may run smoothly, but I think was a bit thick...

My wife has a 2009 FWD Hybrid. Pricey, but nice vehicle. She loves it. The hybrid feature is easy to get used to. She already has 30k miles without any issues. Getting 32 mpg overall!

Any experience with this oil? I'm thinking of mixing it 50-50 with their 5w-30 synth to get a 5-40 for use in my old muscle cars. I could also probably use it straight in the Harley. Yes, I like Schaeffers. My 96 prelude runs better/smoother than ever with the 5-30.

I like this stuff. Used in my 1970 SS396 and both quieted the power steering and essentially eliminated a leak from the hoses. Don't think its recommended for Hondas though.
