    82 Yamaha IT175

The only bean oil I have ever used is Maxima Castor 927. I am happy with it and will continue using it. I run my bike slightly rich which seems to keep the carbon soft. I get plenty of splooge but the top end stays clean. I also use it in my Blaster which I believe has nearly the same engine as...

Blending E85 to use as cleaner in non-FFV

E0 would be better, unless your vehicle can take advantage of running straight E85. I would rather have one or the other not at mix.

Black box tale from used car salesman, whaa???

Typical car salesman, doesn't understand what he is saying. Just using words he has heard others use. Flash means to write data to the car's ecms not retrieve data.

    dirty injectors - necessarily obvious?

The state takes that stuff pretty serious here. I don't know how well it is enforced, but there are some large fines to discourage cheating.

please school me on a budget m1911 45acp

My RIA 9mm has functioned flawlessly, but it hasn't been shot a whole lot yet. The past several years I have mainly been shooting my .22's. I don't think I would be comfortable taking a chance on anything cheaper than a RIA.

1994 Civic LX 1.6L Brake Bleeding

I like to do that on grass. It seems like I used to have to do that nearly every time I drove a Chevy Impala police car.

1994 Civic LX 1.6L Brake Bleeding

Compressing the calipers without opening the bleeder pushes fluid back to the reservoir. It could carry some air with the fluid if there is air close to the master cylinder. It is like reverse bleeding. https://www.brakebleeder.com/solutions/bleeding-brakes/how-it-works/

will they ever be a push back on car technology?

That is what I was thinking, the problem isn't the lack of features it is the car itself.

will they ever be a push back on car technology?

I do realize that but this was a cheap aftermarket kit and you can't disable it, so it creates a blind spot if you actually wanted to use the mirror.

Why is my house so hot?

Possibly heat trapped in the attic vented back into the house. My house does that.

1994 Civic LX 1.6L Brake Bleeding

The only way new pads are going to make a difference is if you push some air out when you compress the calipers.
