Just PM’d two of my trucks tonight. 3rd oil change for each of them. 2021 Ford 7.3L Godzilla V8’s with 30,000 miles each. Each truck takes two gallons of oil. I buy the oil filters by the case, so no box, and the oil I buy by the pallet. It is a synthetic blend.

Oil changes are cheap. Change it once a year with a full synthetic and be done with it. You are going to get all kinds of condensation inside the crankcase.

I wish, but no. We are parked inside a heated building and no work is allowed to be done on the vans while the are backed up to the conveyor belt. The building is locked at 10pm and not opened again until 3am. We only have 10 trucks, 9 brand new and one used. So a full time tech is not needed...
