I can no longer eat fast food

Its not so bad I stopped eating any fast food several months ago when I started weight training and Ive never felt better. I just live off high protein foods now and its cheaper too when you look for deals at the grocery store.

Help me choose an oil for 7.3 PSD

It seems to have been well cared for. The previous owner said he used Amsoil. He said it was due for an oil change when I got it but the oil didnt even look dirty.

Help me choose an oil for 7.3 PSD

Thanks for the replies. The truck has just over 173k miles. The only reason I was hesitant to use the T5 next time is by then we will be in the hottest part of the year and I wasnt sure how it would hold up in the summer heat. The hardest towing I do is hauling a few horses.

Help me choose an oil for 7.3 PSD

I recently aquired a 01 f250 that was due for an oil change so I used Delo and felt ok with that. After some reading on here many have said that the 7.3 HPOP will shear a 40 down to a 30 rather quickly and sort of stabilize there. So that being said some have claimed it is better to start off...

Im going to look at a 2000 model dodge ram 2500 with the cummins 24 valve this weekeind. My question is to any experts or owners what are some things I should check for other than the usual suspects on this truck? Thanks for any help or input.

How often is it doing it? Everytime you back off the throttle? Just when you snap the throttle shut really fast? I would get a wideband o2 sensor and a fuel controller and check it out. Check for leaks in the exhaust system too.

2005 Subaru WRX STi oil choice

I switched to the Rotella and have not used a drop during the past couple oil changes. In the past any xxw30 oils I have used started to be burned by about the 1500 mile mark. You wont be dissapointed.

    1976 Datsun 280z

My last one was an 81. I had 16in. panasports on it, raised compression, cam, header. Loved that car and still miss it. The L series really likes to rev when you bump the compression and free up the breathing. The new struts will make a world of difference they are notoriously too soft when new.

    Hella Xenon Blue 9007 headlights

Have you looked at the cool blue light thats sylvania has? According to their chart they are about the same as the xtravision just blue in color. I have used the silverstars before and they worked very well and have a slightly blue tint to them. The only problem is they dont last nearly as long...

Driving a stick -- interesting but highly obsolete

I learned to drive on a manual and have had 5 cars since that time and they have all had a manual transmission. Its all I will ever have unless I get to a point where I cant drive one. I just cant understand why someone would view it as a distraction unless they arent experienced with a manual...
