I am new here and did try searching, so pardon me for asking, but what is MMO?

I had this tranny in my 2000 F150. I used M1 ATF, and was happy with it. It is a good tranny, the clutch has some issues with the slave and the rubber plugs on the top of the tranny do shrink over time. They can be changed and should be checked.

I had a left over bottle of Esso Syn 5w30, it was time to change oil in the mower (a Briggs). I dumped in the synthetic and was really surprised. Started easier, and uses less gas. I had used the same oil in my 2000 F150 and honestly never noticed that big of a difference. But the Briggs seems...

Okay I have a 2007 Sport Trac with 4.0l v6. The manual specs are oil that meets WSS-M2C929-A. Does this spec mean synthetic oil? Or can I use dino oil? Thanks
