Would a PCV catch can be worthwhile?

When my coworker and I did the spark plugs on my pathfinder a few weeks ago we noticed a small amount of oil on the intake plenum gasket and up in the intake plenum. I've also noticed on cold starts my exhaust smells a bit like oil. Would adding a PCV catch can be worthwhile?

What is this stuff on my bathroom walls?!

Thanks everyone. The bathroom does have a fan its a 70CFM Nutone. The bathroom does have a window as well. It appears on all the walls in the bathroom, somehow the exterior wall with the window is where it appears the least.

What is this stuff on my bathroom walls?!

This orangish-brown looking stuff has been appearing on the walls of my bathroom for quite some time. It comes right off with a wet washcloth or a Clorox wipe. It appears on all the walls, sometimes little spots on the ceiling and the door too. I've repainted everything twice now and it keeps...

Big Bertha got new spark plugs today

Intake manifold has to come off to access the back three. F that! I have used octane booster and cleaning additives in it, yes Most of my driving is just in town for my 15-ish minute commute to work and back home, it doesn't get much highway time at all. I'm plenty knowledgeable and I do most...

Big Bertha got new spark plugs today

My coworker did the spark plugs on my Pathfinder in exchange for me installing his new car stereo, and I was definitely long overdue. Here's what my original plugs with 115K on them looked like. I'm surprised it ran as well as it did with these

    Question for CVTz50 app users

Opposite situation for me lol. It only works if I connect with my phone. Just ordered the Veepeak. Hopefully that fixes the issue, thanks!

    Question for CVTz50 app users

To anyone using the CVTz50 app to monitor their CVT transmission, which ELM327 adapter are you using? The ELM327 I've used for several years with Torque with zero issues is constantly having connection issues with CVTz50, and CVTz50 is saying I may have a counterfeit dongle.

Thumping/clunking from rear end area what could it be?

All the grammatical errors crack me up, I'm pretty sure whoever wrote this was drunk and/or high.

Thumping/clunking from rear end area what could it be?

The dealer finally responded to my review and of course, denied my battery cable not being messed up before it came in. However get a load of this - Since getting it back from the CVT change I've had a clunk from the left front if I drive over any bump, and a really bad vibration if I am...

    Post your latest oil change

Not sure which engine it was. But I was kinda surprised there wasn't some kind of metal guard over that oil pan and filter.

Thumping/clunking from rear end area what could it be?

Got about 1,000 miles on the new CVT now and it's still running smooth as butter. At the beginning I was babying it but the other day I drove like your stereotypical Altima owner and did a couple hard pulls at WOT on some of the long country backroads out here and it didn't skip a beat! Been...

    Just rolled over 100K - what should I check/do?

So this is a dead thread but since I still get email notifications for replies to it for some reason I'll answer everybody at once. 1) Yes, it is possible to change the transfer case fluid and I did that around 90K. I also changed the rear diff fluid at the same time. 2) I did change the CVT...

Question for other CVT Pathfinder Platinum owners

I am honestly wondering if the dealer underfilled it when the fluid got changed because the P17F0 showed up about 500 miles after the fact. Then 6 months later, zzzzzing BOOM.
