My entire point is that an electrical failure/fault in a 5-7 year old car w/ 150k miles which triggers limp mode IS a big deal. To me at least. If this type of failure is not a big deal to you, I completely understand. Again, reliability is relative and expectations differ.

Honda dealers are selling it, but the techs are more than likely not using it on your car when it's serviced. Who knows what their bulk stock actually is.

Agreed. A part Denso sells under their own brand on the aftermarket is not necessarily equivalent to the Toyota genuine part that was manufactured by Denso.

Replace radiator with OEM. Otherwise return everything and just leave it all alone - (this is a Honda cooling system not a BMW)

Radiator fins bending like that is pretty common (packing, shipping damage). Usually not an issue if only affects a small area. That said I wouldn't replace an OEM radiator with aftermarket unless my OEM radiator was leaking and I was planning to sell the car.
