It looks really good.

Castrol 5W50. It has about 1300PPM of ZDDP.

If you go with option C you will enjoy the truck so much you will put far more than 7K miles a year. Also I've had zero issues with the E-torque.

Check them over and if you can't find unusual wear, repairs, or dry rot buy them. You likely saved 500-900 if the tires are in good shape.

Take it to a dealer before you attempt to "fix a issue" with motor oil.

Yes. Plus being a government vehicle it likely had either lowest cost bulk oil or bulk oil from a local business. In other words just use DEXOS certified 0W20 and sleep easy.
