Oil drain plug torque value for a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek?

Hello all, I traded in my 2015 Crosstrek for a 2025. I want to do the first OC at approximately 2K miles. On the ‘15 the torque value was 30.8 ft. pds. Can anyone confirm if it’s still the same on the ‘25? Also, 0W-16! Dear Lord, hope I don’t drink it thinking it’s tea.

Walmart removing self checkouts, reported results include significant reduction in theft

I have a Walmart and an Aldi right next to each other. They practically share a parking lot so I park in the middle of both. Sometimes I go to one and then to the other on the same trip. I’m a cheap bastard so I’ll do whatever a I can to save money.

    Just changed my coolant….

I recently changed my coolant and like you, I had a good bit of stuff stuck on the bottom of my reservoir. I took a garden hose and aimed the nozzle toward the bottom and applied the highest pressure jet I had. After about one minute I had most of it out. Whatever remained is nothing to worry about.

Getting ready to bleed brakes. Do you shake the bottle of brake fluid?

Yeah baby! Woohoo… Question: this is the third time I bleed the breaks on this car. The previous two times I remember having to pump the brakes a few times once the job was completed before the pedal stiffened up, but not this time. Why?
