The F.H.P. has been understaffed for years. I-95 is a suicide run in Miami-Dade and Broward County. Plus there are constant shootings because of road rage. There is no light at the end of the tunnel. Red light running [and hit and run] has always been a issue here.

As much as I loved my [super reliable] Town Cars-Crown Vic-CVPI-Grand Marquis till over 300K miles my back started to bother me on those long 24-38 hour highway runs. My 5.3 V8 2016 Tahoe is much more comfortable for those long runs now. No bad on fuel either. Get 24-25MPG if it is all...

All my G.M vehicles [Caprice Impala Cadillac] were awesome. Same goes for my 2016 Tahoe. My Ford Panthers were awesome also. The worst 2 vehicles with horrible A/C was a rental Nissan Altima and rental Dodge 200. It could not keep up in Miami jungle heat.

I was the same way but when Ford dropped the 4.6 Panther I still wanted a V8 so went with a 5.3 Direct Injected Tahoe..So far [knock on wood at 150K miles] it has been awesome. No carbon or other issues so far and still getting good MPG. Change oil every 5K miles. Of coarse it has to have Dexos...

Whenever I go though there between 7-8 AM they are always out there with someone pulled over. Generally when you are going North.
