5.9 Common Rail Cummins is likely the best of them all. Only trouble is keeping the truck running around the engine. Got one. Know what I'm talking 'bout. Ford probably makes the best chassis (arguable, though) & the Chevy's Allison has the rest of the transmissions beat... So, wanna build one...

Going on the OLM & under warranty? Use PYB, no question. It flat works. It'll do whatever your van requires over an OLM-dictated service interval. My two cents'... John.

I also like T5 10W-30 oil. Use it in a couple Honda EU2000i's & in a Yamaha-engined Rigid gen set. Also sees duty in my 5.9l Cummins but that's besides the point... John.
