Doesn't seem to be that way here. I've seen a "No Cash" sign on one or two self checkouts a few times, I assume it's just because they're out of change or broken. Maybe they're just lazy at your store and don't refill them when they're out of change.

Interesting cap design on these. They have a foil inner seal with a pull tab, clear cap so you can see the seal is intact, and a built in pour spout.

I had those Hankooks on a car I used to have, they were great. (Hyundai Tiburon) The car was absolutely worthless in the snow with the stock all season tires, but it was great in the snow after I put them on. Totally transformed the car. If you found a good deal on them, I'd definitely go for it.
