Tach doesnt move when grounding starter relay.

I don't know if it is working. I was checking the relays by myself. I will try and check to see if tach works when grounding the starter relay.

The starter and fuel pump will work if grounded at the relays in fuse panel under the hood. Every thing else works ad it should except for not cranking and pump not priming like they should.

QS All Mileage was and may still be at least bottled and most likely blended by Smitty's Supply. I have seen the bottles at the Wal-Mart in my area. The SSI was on the bottom of quart bottles.

According to the MSDS from HighlineWarren for Supertech All Mileage oil it contains 65-85% of spent oil which is re-refined.
