Mechanic was doing brakes on my daughter's '13 4Runner. Said 3 of the 4 pink(red) shocks are wet. Supposedly a $4000-5000 job??? Car runs and rides fine. Is she being scammed? What in the world? There is no way she can afford this. Please give me some direction.
