Installed a new battery for the 95 GMC from Sams Club. Replaced an AGM that was 7 years old that couldn`t take 10 degrees any longer with a flooded , no particular reason for the less expensive choice.

Was given a single stage Toro from someone who hated it, said it started hard and was a back breaker. Changed the primer bulb and spark plug and was startled by how quick it started on first pull. Agreed it was a back breaker so I gave it away.

On a second set of Mastercraft on the 95 in my sig to replace a set that sidewall cracked. Got a replacement with a little prorated wty. That set is starting to crack at 3 years so will go back to BFG. Also getting yelled at for parking the truck in the sun put me off from Town Fair Tire.

The 95 Sierra in my sig feels like riding with an old friend. It has a Lund visor and aluminum running boards which is a little rare. Not sure if they are factory or dealer installed. We have it since it was 3 years old.

Have a nondescript break barrel with a scope that is remarkedly accurate. Didn`t remove the gun oil from the barrel after cleaning once and discovered the diesel effect with a 22 short report.

Coupla things, first, under no circumstances should a pressure switch or any other safety be bypassed or jumped out. Second the service tech is only as good as his/her training and diagnostics ability. Maybe check with the BBB when things are going sideways.

An engine with small bits circulating through it must be flushed thoroughly meaning complete disassembly and even then doubt will remain. My recent experience caused a replacement with a one year wty.

That`s just heart breaking. How long before we have tin shack ghettos.

Please listen to Blade cutter, get help from someone who has experience because changing parts without a correct diagnosis will waste time and money.

Among the several reasons i switched from a big block to an LS is because the Crane flat tappet cam found it`s way to the Fram filter. Said cam had been installed per Crane instructions and included lube. Used about 9,000 miles over 20 years.

Have been on three cruises over three decades and can attest to a decline the experience. Shop the cruise lines like anything else and enjoy because it is fun.
