Just go to the nearest "U-Pull-It" yard, and grab some fuel line off the latest and newest vehicle they have on the lot. Cheap and effective. Use the filler hose from the gas cap to the tank for the other parts. Lot's of cars in junk yards to get these parts cheap and they will work just fine.

This part was most likely designed for manufacturing (DFM) and lower warranty claims due to "manufacturing errors", which is reality is an assembly issue. One part versus at a minimum three parts, mostly guaranteed proper oil filter installation with no gasket issue, maybe even robotic assembly...

Bet they used an abrasive pad on the block where the oil pan meets the block too. No way that level of incompetence followed procedure and "carefully" removed the RTV sealant. Especially on a warranty job where they are racing the clock. Good luck with that engine - I hope it lasts a long time.
