Denso is also OEM for many Honda models. That is what my CR V came with. My Accord came with NGK (Niterra which is NGK's new corporate name).

OEM NGK Iridium Spark Plugs replaced @ 54,000 miles on '16 KIA Forte - How do they look?

    CVT durability

Maintenance is the key. Regular fluid dump and fills every 25,000 to 30,000 miles , which is as simple as can be, and you'll be fine. There is a cartridge filter in the warmer that I change about every 40,000 miles. 135,000 miles and zero issues.

Why 93 Octane in a GDI engine if it isn’t called for?

Octane is just rating for resistance to preignition in high compression engines. If you don't need it you're just wasting money and most cars don't need it. As far as cleaning valves it will do nothing in a GDI as the fuel does not contact the valve stem as in conventional EFI systems.

Are dealers now stocking the SP version of TGMO 0W-20?

Just because an oil rating changes it doesn't mean the product didn't already meet the new specs. This is way over thought. Your engine is not going to fail due to oil rating changes. It ran fine for a period of time with the old rating just fine. If anything oil is becoming less protective with...
