I’m sorry I phrased that wrong. I know the endurance is full synthetic. The full synthetic I was referring to was the Ultra. I believe the the new ultra holds more dirt than the endurance

I know this. They say it takes 4, 4k oil changes to get to 100% clean. I don’t think the endurance holds as much dirt as the full synthetic

I just want to be sure I get the most carbon caught in the filter and removed from the engine. I’m sure I could run the Extra guard, but I want a bit more filtration.

0w20 oil is what it calls for from factory. There’s nothing wrong with 0w20

Why can’t I run the 0w20? Also how can I heat soak with the berrymans

I’m not sure how much it burns but it’s more than I should imo. Honda says a quart every 1000 miles is normal which is ludicrous

I already posted about my new to me 2014 crv with the 2.4; it consumes a lot of oil between changes and I was curious if maybe an engine flush would help with the sticky rings? I’m assuming that’s the issue since I’ve changed the pcv valve. Which flush would work?

Let me rephrase. My 2016 crv with the 2.4 goes through oil like crazy. Always have to top off the oil between changes. No leaks

2.4 uses oil like crazy
