    A comical thing is if you pull plastic Porsche engine cover on base model Macan with 2.0, it reveals a stamped into steel VW as it uses GTI motor tuned for Macan.

    The SUV sales of marked up but heavy Porsche touch Audi offerings subsidize the cars. People love SUVs irrelevant to brand. Even Lamborghini sells a premium Audi shared platform SUVto help offset other costs.

    I found it interesting two local friends dumped their Tesla SUV as they could not stand or figure out the controls thru screen and bought Macan EVs and absolutely love them. Also one complained of poor build quality of trim in theirs and hated the service experience which is not local.

    If you are shorter those straps are handy. Our basic Pilot has both (included) and strap is handy. Our Tiguan has similar setup of hand area and the strap. I think an omission in build of car.

    So oddly it’s done better than sisters 2018 RAV4 that has a differential failure($1500+) and brake system issues but only has 135k. Not expected and not saying VW is better.

    In my state you’d immediately get pulled over for 15 mph in 55 mph without hazards and creeping in break down lane. That is tractor or equipment speed.

    Once past you they can travel the normal speed of road. You are in rear view mirror to hold up traffic if you want or simply a fleeting thought. Good for you on letting cars drive by. Curious why you can’t or is it won’t maintain the speed limit as going 30 to 40 is not a major leap?

    I watched an interview, he seemed pretty well emotionally after all said and done. The repairs are glass no one got in. He did not get hurt/killed along with employees along with the mob so no severe charges and worrying about much about legalities.
