Just like oil brands, this is an individual choice as many major brand is "bad." When I started buying power tools years ago and trying to decide between DeWalt and Makita, I asked my brother-in-law who was installing solar panels, etc. He said "they are both good but Makita is a bit lighter...

I would wait (especially with 10 qtrs) but your car / your money :) And sounds like you are burning off all that moisture on a monthly basis which is good. Why don't you send a sample for an analysis (either now or after 20 months) for peace of mind.
