That sure seems very odd Hyundai did that. My toyota hybird takes the same pink coolant in both systems.

Been using Zerex Asian blue and Zerex Asian red for many years with no issues changing it every 5 years. It is good coolant from my experience .

30-45 seconds.... meh would not worry about it.

Wow that is beyond ugly do you have a country of origin by chance? Back in the mid 1990s had two oil filters blow a hole in media one hole was about 3/8" a the 2nd one was about 1/2" both filters were used in the winter time. They were nothing like yours. Good Luck!

I would just leave plug for now. Just check it in a month with a light pull using a box end wrench. I would not use a 1/2" ratchet & socket on an oil drain plug unless you have a very good feel from lots of experance with a torque wrench. It does not take much of a pull to hit 35 - 50 Ft LBS on...
